Residential jobs start at $35 and commercial jobs at $50 at the standard rate. You can also claim a job exclusively — $75 for residential, $125 for commercial — so no other hauler can compete for that job.
An exclusive claim means you're the only hauler who gets that customer's full contact info immediately. The job closes and no one else can claim it. Exclusive is only available if you're the first to claim — once someone makes a standard claim, the exclusive option disappears.
With a Standard claim, you send the customer a quote and message through our platform. The customer reviews quotes from multiple haulers and picks their preferred one — then you get their full contact details. With an Exclusive claim, you get everything right away and no one else can claim that job.

Up to 3 haulers can claim a standard job. After 3 claims, the job closes automatically. If someone claims it exclusively first, no other hauler can claim it.

Yes. After a customer selects a hauler, they're invited to rate their experience across Communication, Professionalism, Speed, and Pricing. Your average rating is displayed in your dashboard and factors into your tier ranking.
We have a built-in dispute system. If a job turns out to be fake or the customer is unresponsive, you can file a dispute and our team will review it. Because most jobs are shared with up to 3 haulers, we cross-check reports: when 2 or more recipients of the same job report it as bad — and we're unable to verify the request by phone with the customer — we can reasonably conclude the request is invalid and issue refunds. Conversely, if only one hauler repeatedly disputes jobs that others successfully work, that pattern signals false claims. Filing an excessive number of false refund requests is a violation of our terms and may result in removal from the platform.
